Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We love how streamlined V4 is from start to finish , our engineers on site have used other CRM systems but found this system to be the most simplest and easiest to use .

  • Ease of finding customer details and records of previous work. Planning ongoing work. Certificates kept safe and easy to produce Technical back up and knowledge Knowledge base

  • Cons

  • Can't see any cons with the software or support. Slightly frustrating to run out of space, but that is being resolved.

  • Not many cons spring to mind. If there is a glitch there is always assistance from Commusoft's helpline. I am struggling to think of any so I'll say none!

  • Pros

  • The amount of information that you can put in to be able to get in return to keep up with. Everything is accurate. I love using it.

  • The app is easy to use. It is easy to use for some of our not so techy employees

  • Cons

  • A bit pricy, but over all a great software. You pay for what you get and the service and software are excellent.

  • Sometimes slow to get work orders. And update information. Would be nice to be able to see your hours on a work order and review your storys.
