  • Pros

  • With Coolfront I have found myself doing better with adding enough time on the job with a good markup of products to help with my overhead for my business.
  • Having the past history to look at is very helpful. The customer service at CoolFront has been good when we have needed help.
  • Pricing is pretty accurate and the software is very simple to use. Service agreement with this software is amazing.
  • Cons

  • The customer support response to phone and email inquiries is slow. Additional charges for payment transactions should be billed per transaction only with no other monthly or annual fees.
  • The worst customer service ever. I have been trying to get the book form into my new dispatch software.
  • We did not see anything as disadvantage with this tool.

  • Overall, we are very pleased with the benefits of the software and the experience with the Fleet Maintenance sales and customer service/technical support teams have been excellent.
  • Overall the experience from estimate, trial period, purchase, and back-end support has been a pleasure (seems like a great company).
  • Everything is so easy to customise, it has been easily integrated with our other accounting software packages, including a great ability to export datasheets to Excel.
  • Cons

  • The ability to do some inventory work is limited, however our company charges products out and reorders differently than most customers.
  • That pics and text docs can't be saved in both the accident screen and the vehicle info screens. The attachments should reside in the database, not just the short cut.
  • I think the area that is hard to adapt to is the vehicle scheduled maintenance. I'm probably not setting my scheduled maintenance parameters correctly.
