Pros/Cons
Pros
- It is super user friendly & easy to use. I love that it can be used on a computer, cell phone or tablet and there is no subscription.
- It's very helpful in price guide to my industry and area I service. The options to modify custom and favorite items is great.
Cons
- When they disappear at 7pm at night on a service call and you have to rewrite them it SUCKS.
- Does not dispatch, no accountability for tracking users, issues with lost information.
Pros
- Housecall Pro helps facilitate the scheduling, dispatching and invoicing of all our customers. Easy to use and it is nice to have a data base, historical record of each customer to easily go back to.
- I like ease of use, price and the great customer service & support. I had looked at & tried other software but this one fit all of my needs.
Cons
- No real problems but the interface is kind of boring. But that is just being nitpicky.
- Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
