Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to navigate and locate information for current and past jobs. The line of communication works well with our field crew

  • The software is easy to learn and use. It easily creates billings and tracks collections. Will also track open work orders.

  • Cons

  • It can be a little repetitive when adding new information but this is because of checks and balances.

  • Until you really understand how to run reports it may seem confusing at first. Once trained on reports and queries it is an easy and useful tool.

  • Pros

  • The best and most needed feature is the customization. We where able to make it exactly what we needed. this allows the input process to flow seamlessly

  • Easily manageable to all employees, office and techs in field.

  • Cons

  • The only con was that it did not tie into our existing software program as we do not use QB but other then that it was aces. And we did find a work around so even that was not a huge problem.

  • Software is not the problem it is trying to get help
