About Deliforce

Deliforce is a cloud-based delivery tracking and management solution. The solution is used by organizations of all sizes across industries such as manufacturing, retail and pharmacy. Deliforce allows users to assign tasks to agents with a deadline. Agents get notifications for new tasks along with contact details, and delivery notifications are sent to the customers via phone call or SMS. Customers also receive a tracking link to track the agent whenever pickup or delivery task are initiated. Agents can collect proof of delivery such as customer images or signatures. Features such as route optimization and agent reports are also included. Exceptional customer support

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] all three are very supportive and quick to respond. They are always able to find a way out. The team is more focused on improving the product instead of generating revenue which is a big plus. Wish you all the best Deliforce team!

PROS

1) Works well with minimal back office interaction such as pre selected task pricing, favourite addresses etc. 2) Merchant can preview the delivery cost even before placing an order 3) Easy to use web browser 4) End customer search option using phone number 5) Google maps distance instead of actual distance travelled (this saves our lot of operational time and cost)
