Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.

I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money.

Development team seems restricted on what they can and cannot do while finalizing the program for users.

Not a lot of options to edit how reports print out. Also frustrating to have to upload photos and documents one by one rather than be able to drag multiple documents into a work order.

It is excellent product for multi facility and has best API integrations opportunities.
