Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Great for our sales department to track leads. The best part that will help with my job, fewer spreadsheets to use.

For my role, Dynamics provides excellent task/case/customer management features allowing me to resolve customer issues quickly and provide better overall service.

The support team is very prompt and helpful, with their help you can use Dynamics to the best of it capabilities.

Honestly the cost is considered acceptable, the level of help and support is very good, Microsoft is more and more surprising for a better future.

It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.

Hence it is the useful software for the good customer reporting.

Overall my experience is great. It is terrific value for your money and does the job better than most CRMs.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.

A necessary evil that I'd rather not deal with, but I have no choice but to do so.

I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money.

Dynamics 365 is the perfect combination of a world class ERP and CRM. The customer and lead management is outstanding with countless options to simplify daily tasks for users.

Customer Support is always great and very responsive. We were working with paper work orders before and it was always a struggle to locate work orders and customer files.

Unable to manipulate within jobs when need be for billing reasons. Reversing bills is extremely difficult.

Having so many options a user could get lost in the system.

The on-site training up to going live was excellent (Rich fit right in here!) with about 6 days of training and 2 more days of him being onsite while we started using the system.

Their response is quick and helpful with friendliness. We have gotten to know some support staff personally and have built friendships due to their genuineness.

Sometimes there ar intermittent issues. When these issues arise it is hard to find the root cause.
