  • Pros

  • Excellent extension into supporting programs, colour, sketch up, etc. Fantastic customer support.
  • Good integration with SketchUp and a fantastic 3D library. Tied into Manage360 for quick and accurate estimating - a system that allows you to properly recover overhead.
  • Cons

  • As I've used DynaSCAPE throughout the years, I've only come across a few things that were mildly frustrating.
  • Just because a program automates some processes, if you aren't paying attention, it could get you in trouble if you don't realize a glitch in the system.

  • This is a great platform for helpdesk management. We use it for around 5 engineers and it works great as it's not over-complicated.
  • Wonderful tracking and organization of emails and support issues, with a nice and clean UI, and simple tools to automate many support tasks.
  • Cons

  • Contact management and search is awful. It is really difficult to avoid creating duplicated clients with slightly different name.
  • The support and contact system for Freshworks/Freshdesk is as bad as it gets.
