Strong Technology platform, not performance issues, Strong Implementation team and Customer Support. I can define my own processes with no code environment

CONS

Need more popularity, I strongly recommend for MSME to larger organizations to fulfill their CRM, SCM field operations requirements. well has lot more flexibility to fulfill other functions requirements.

Very Good App

I am very happy to share my experience about Effort Plus App, I have been implemented more than 05 Mobiles Apps in my professional career till now out of 05 Effort Plus is the best App. as per my view. This App has more features & functionality with better Customer Support. More than worth for money which we pay. This App has feature to do any customisation according to Business requirement. Very simple App & ease of use for end user also works offline this helps user not to worry where there is no mobile Network.

PROS

All Functionalities are Very Good. App is feasible for any kind of customisation according to Business requirement Can be Integrate with any system (ERP/CRM/Web System/HRMS/ Attendance Portal). Perfect Tool for Field Force Tracking with GPS Location.

CONS

Distance Calculation not 100% accurate.

PROS

Easy to access, appearance is good. Developer team is good in creating new changes, but poor in handling the same. Customer support is good, but can be better if they do what they say.

CONS

New changes can be made very fast, irrelevant of the consequences. Lack of flexibility.

PROS

Its a good software with many features helpful for sales team. our 16 sales team uses the same. it helps us not only in tracking them but also mark their attendance and daily reports. even leaves can be applied. for staff who claim local conveyance, it helps us track their distance covered and pay them

CONS

Their training is very bad and poor. Also too many features to use, they must customize the software based on our needs.
