I like the features of Fergus, the ability to have photos on the job and the overall ease of use.

Provides the capability to break down profit and loss statements in detail that gives you the ability to improve in areas.

Time sheet Tracking for me and staff, organised and nice looking quotes, quote acceptance via email, Mobile invoicing if needed, a way of back costing jobs fast  and easily.

Its also provides us with good analytical data on jobs, so we can see our margins and net profit we are making. Very happy with the service provided.

Great for the small growing business to help monitor and maintain costs.

At the moment when generating from quote in purchase orders it generates upside down which is annoying.

This all-in-one system has a fantastic scheduling  feature that is transparent and easy to learn how to use.

Lack of fields in parts database, no link to google calendar,  no subtotals to match sub headings in quotes and invoices, no photos linked to parts.

It integrates seamlessly to Xero which has made it very simple to implement. We like the ability to track staff when required and the fact that it has a full health and safety component also.

It allows a range of services that make running a business much more manageable. It also has clear instructions and helpful customer service who are always a lot of help.

It is also affordable for start-up companies, but can also be utilized by larger successful companies for a change in operations.

A very user friendly software product with a great support team who are always working to make it better. We have already recommended it and got others in the industry using it.

Fergus have been very helpful. The support team are easy to get a hold off and are very good to deal with.

Every now and then if pushed wrong button to escape would loose the email draft.

It's always hard changing software, so the change was painful.

Excited to see future improvements, and lastly, the team on the customer support help desk are awesome - you guys rock.

Everything seemed like it would be great when talking to people before signing up. Once we signed up, we were basically on our own.

It's been a headache but because we spent so much time and money implementing this program we are stuck with it for a long time.

I like the ability to track job times, the app, the invoicing, bulk email notification to clients, the dispatch board, job costing reports, the integrated estimating - scheduling - invoicing platform.

It was great the first 1 1/2 years, then the customer service issues hit and made us less excited about the software. The pricing change was the last straw for me.

There is a version 3 in the works for a couple of years now (always beta, not complete), but it seems less intuitive and worse laid out than version 2.

I liked that it had a map to measure properties.

The custom invoice templates are great and the fact that it syncs with Quick Books has reduced the time we spend billing customers.

Full set of features, complex customizations, good form builder; complex scheduling; great customer service.

Templates are very confusing how to use them and we finally gave up and switched to LawnPro.

Now we feel like we are stuck because we have invested so much into the program and modified the way we bill our services to work around the SA problems.

There are plenty of training videos but no one to explain them or show us how to put them to use. It was confusing and difficult to even get our logo on an email.

The integrated mapping service makes it a breeze to modify existing routes. Scheduling changes are accomplished with just a few clicks.

It offers scheduling right in the software. It is easy to use and great for keeping track of clientS.

I found and switched to SA and couldn't be happier. The customer service is great and the functionality is awesome.

After a spring a fall cleanup i notify my clients by text or email that its been completed, they love it.

Oh, and they are upping their prices again in 2 months. I can't even justify the thousands I pay them already per year.

And we love it's ability to sync with QuickBooks, which has worked very well.

One report - Job Costing - has potential to make price increase easier to evaluate for under-performing accounts. Time saved entering leads.

Reports are useless, nothing is really autopilot.

The vision for the software includes the ability to do many powerful things. Automations is a great way to reduce the burden on office staff.

One of the founders has experience building a multi-million dollar service business so think about it, do you think he might know a thing or two about whats needed to build a business like yours.

The integration to Quickbooks on line always has issues balance between programs are always wrong.

Estimates in service autopilot are very user friendly.

It's easy to accept payments and bill out of the program.

It is not cheap, but you get solid value for the money.

I don't like being told to watch a video to learn how to do something. I'm getting very discouraged and am thinking about moving to another software.

We are thrilled and love the software and its functionality. Most people don't understand the full capability of the software compared to the cost.
