Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • easy to use and easy to understand the features, it helps me to organize each schedule efficiently.

  • Well built platform that hasn't caused much downtime at all- it since well with Xero and back up service is excellent

  • Cons

  • When you get used to using something and really like the way it was but then it changes. For example, the new map.

  • The software does everything I need to run my business so cant see any cons. Would be nice if the software had a faster GPS tracking system but I am sure this will come in time.

  • Pros

  • Absolutely wonderful for repeat maintenance jobs and one time jobs. We never miss any billing because the employees only go to places on their mobile schedules.

  • Very essential for running a service based business. Highly functional and makes admin a breeze. I wouldnt go into the service business without it.

  • Cons

  • It can become expensive as mobile users are added. It can be difficult to learn because it is complex. Once you understand the system, it is not difficult to use.

  • A bit of a learning curve but I would expect that with any new software, all positive from us!
