FieldPromax is an integrated, cloud-based field service solution suited for service businesses in HVAC, plumbing, and Pool maintenance industries.
The system offers a suite of applications to help users manage customers and their team, schedule and dispatch service calls and create invoices. Work orders can be created on any device as soon as a service call is received, and job statuses can be updated and viewed in real time with the FieldPromax Job Status Tracking application. The mobile app's map feature pins the locations of a technician's daily jobs. Users can also check the location of their technician using GPS tracking, as well as assign work orders based on the location of the nearest tech.
FieldPromax integrates with QuickBooks and allows service providers to email invoices as a PDF and request customer signatures on the field with their a mobile device. A timecard module integrates with work orders to help track billable hours.
