Refer all my clients to Fieldd.

PROS

Running a digital agency that specialises in the services sector, I often get asked by my clients if they would recommend a software to help them run and streamline their operations to increase efficiency and maximise productivity across every aspect of their business. They often have a solution in place but complain about limitations and things that their existing system just does not do. After I recommend them to Fieldd, they often never complain about their software solution holding them back ever again. I find that it is the first solution to actually help contractors and service companies grow rather than just manage some parts of their business. I will continue to recommend Fieldd to clients.

CONS

As it is an ever evolving platform I envision that there will be some changes in the future. This is not a negative as my collaboration with support staff has led to some improvements already.

Overall, it's been a great experience and I believe that Fieldd continues to make improvements. This is why I've chosen to continue using their service. It's heading in the right direction! Best app out there...in my opinion!

PROS

We love that our clients have an interactive way of scheduling their appointments. This also makes the entire customer experience so much more professional and reliable.

CONS

The client list isn't easy to edit. Also, I'd like a better option for employees to login. As of now, we have to create multiple accounts for one person if their duties don't include being a field worker.

Reason for choosing Fieldd

Field is better overall. The current features are unmatched (Customer app, worker app, app editing capabilities, quality control, customer interaction, team chat, etc.)

The aspect of Fieldd that stands out most prominently is its comprehensive client management system. CONS

In all honesty, Fieldd has met all my business needs without any notable drawbacks. Its performance and support have been outstanding, and it continues to be an indispensable tool for my business operations. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be merely out of an abundance of thought, perhaps even more customization options, but as it stands, Fieldd fulfills its role perfectly with no cons to mention.

Amazing!

PROS

Fieldd is by far the best company i have ever used. They make running my business more enjoyable and much easier. With fieldd I am able to set goals such as having 100+ employees as i know that my company is set up for growth with their services.

CONS

There are a few more features i would like to see in field but they listen to all customer feedback so im sure they are always listening to their clients and adding new features.

Our clients cannot operate without fieldd now

We love using it. our clients businesses are growing and its great being an agency partner with fieldd.

PROS

It is such a huge value add for our agency to offer fieldd as a service to our clients that are looking to automate their service business. Its so easy for us to set up for them and allow them to take the reigns once its done. With our digital marketing efforts, their bookings seamlessly appear in fieldd and we can see the bottom line growth MoM.

CONS

To be honest, there isnt much. Their support is always responsive and listens to any of our queries, questions and it seems like they are adding so many features all the time. It's hard to pick a negative

Reason for choosing Fieldd

Because nothing automatically schedules like it and now with the marketing suite and their apps, they are in a league of their own. All our clients are service based businesses and its impossible for them not to operate their business with fieldd. Its just too powerful

This really is the all in one platform!

PROS

Fieldd has made it convenient for us to reach our customers when and how it matters most. Their CRM makes it easy to manage the day-to-day workflow, projects, and marketing efforts, while their customer app allows our users to easily find, schedule, and pay for the service they are interested in. Their customer support has also been top-notch throughout the setup process. Their communication has always been quick and informative which provides us with much-needed peace of mind.

CONS

I would like to see a smaller jump in price between their Scale plan and Corporate plan.

Th perfect auto detailing management system.

The few times I have reached out to support they have always been super responsive. The app is brilliant and the web app is perfect for mobile detailers and shop detailers alike.

PROS

The customizable scheduling tool is truly amazing. All of my clients love booking with me through fieldd.

CONS

It doesn’t integrate on google maps like square does to click book now.

MagnumWash.com loves Fieldd Software

We've almost eliminated the need to answer endless phone calls and answer the same repeating questions all day long. All of our services and prices are listed clearly on the Fieldd software for our customers to easily navigate.

PROS

Integration of Fieldd was simple and easy. We love having full control over almost every part of the software. Fieldd makes it so easy for our customers to book appointments and become recurring monthly customers.

CONS

There is a slight learning curve when setting up services and add-ons (products) for the first time. BUT, this is to be expected with any robust software. After playing with it for a little while we fell in love!

Reasons for switching to Fieldd

Both companies that we used before had terrible customer service and lacked tons of features that Fieldd has. And both other companies were much more expensive.

Fieldd is Great

I use Fieldd to schedule mobile detailing appointments and I believe that it will allow me to scale very quickly once the proper systems are in place. The most important aspect of scalability for me is having a reliable booking software, and although I have had some issues in the past as an early user, Fieldd is becoming extremely reliable and easy to use. It is a huge asset to my business.

PROS

I like the online booking platform and the fact that customers are able to create accounts for themselves. Job allocation is pretty intuitive as well.

CONS

Certain features were a little buggy in the past, but support is fantastic at getting them fixed quickly. Most of my grievances with the software have been smoothed over, even the ones I haven't mentioned directly.

Price and ease of online booking, plus Fieldd was developed from a platform designed for mobile detailing.

Most customizable Field software for any niche business!!

I am overall esthetic about field 10 out of 10. This software helps me solve a main scheduling issue I was having. No more do I have to sit and look for time slots and days to place customers wanting to book an appointment. Fieldd does it for me...just set it and forget it!!..lol

PROS

The most impactful feature hands down is the scheduling...it's why I came to fieldd. The interface is user friendly And all my information migrated over with the click of a button (With the exception of The existing appointments on my old CRM. Those didn't transfer over).

CONS

Nothing, If I had to knit pick something....hmmmm, I would say I wish that the Google Calendar didn't sync 2 ways just a one way sync would be ideal. That way I don't have to move everything off of my business Google Calendar that I don't want to show up on the schedule in fieldd.

Reason for choosing Fieldd

I wasn't even looking to switch my CRM honestly I just wanted a better scheduling platform to add to my old CRM housecall pro but when I saw what fieldd had to offer I felt compelled to switch over. It was an overall better choice for my business.

Reasons for switching to Fieldd

I switched from house call pro because as a user We kept asking For features to make our businesses smoother and better and all we got in return are features that cost extra money that didn't solve existing feature issues.

Zapier templates to popular apps are now directly shown within users' fieldd accounts. Hi Laurent, We reviewed the emails you sent to our support team. Your issue was setting up Zapier. We understand setting up Zapier can be hard, but Zapier is a different company to fieldd. Even though we are a different company, we offered to set up your Zapier account for you. Your response: "I'm going on holiday". The next email you sent us, asked to cancel your account - "I don't have time to setup and I'm not using fieldd". We offered to assist you once more, then canceled your account as requested. We agree Zapier makes it hard to set up their Zaps. However, after trying to speak with you about this unfair review, you told us "It's not my problem, I do not care". Our team's mission has always been to create the best software with the best service.

Customer support team is next level and the software has so many features, many of which you may not have even thought of needing.

Just one thing: it still allows jobs to be active even when a staff member is removed. This causes double booked staff.

PROS

A big pro is a flexibility to build many different business concepts around field technician deployment and booking. A subscription also comes with a white label mobile app using the Fieldd framework.

CONS

There's not much to love about Fieldd. A great bang for your buck. The features that come with the price are desirable.

The BEST field management software

If I had to do it in one word it would be ‘flawless’. I am not one to write reviews but I have had such a positive experience. I felt compelled to share it

How customisable it is. How easy the process is to set up and implement, how easy the team are to work with, how advanced it is and the fact they keep bringing out new features.. it’s just that good!

CONS

Yet to find one… more things keep coming out which makes it fun from a consumer perspective. It’s helps me grow everyday

I was doing things the old school way with google calendar, diary’s, using excel as a crm. It’s just not feasible or nessesary to do this anymore. With technology like fieldd, it has saved me so much time and improved my business in so many areas. I’m thankful for it existing.

I enjoy how many features are built into the field software. Field has features that I would have never thought of as a business owner trying to grow! I really enjoy the new post card feature. The automation systems in field save me so much time, for example having the automation system send a confirmation text to the customer a day before their detail instead of me having to do it manually is awesome! The customer service is also outstanding. Shout out to the entire team.

CONS

The field that I like least would be the service section on the software. I think it can be hard to read and follow sometimes in the format that it is in when trying to see services and their pricing. Other than that, all positives!

Our Best Kept Secret

Not only is it easy to use, but the customizable features it provides are extremely powerful.

I don't want to say anything bad, because we love it so much. However, the worker app could use some updates. Takes a long time to load pages, and the UI is a little clunky.

I am willing to stick with them to see what future updates they come out with.

I love how customizable the customer booking portal is. It is the best booking system I have found for mobile service businesses. I love the customer app too. I am excited to use that in the future.

CONS

I don’t like the admin side of booking. I have to book custom jobs from a desktop computer.

Great product for onsite s upport

Overall, outstanding product. There's very little like it that has all the features it has. It instantly takes a business from average, to top tier in the tech space. There's plenty of competition but none are as modern, clean, or intuitive.

PROS

The real time features, instant notifications, and excellent modern feature set.

CONS

The payment options are heavily tied to using their own inbuilt processor, there is workarounds, but it's one area I think could use significant improvement. Also, pre-fixing numbers would be massively handy.
