Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and easy to train new employees on. Love customer care agent , he makes having tech issues a non issue. Fast and very nice !!!

  • Staff and support is superb and top notch! Easy to talk to and will have an answer for you very quickly

  • Cons

  • No cons that they aren't right on top of when brought up. Like any software, they have some bugs from time to time, but those get worked out very quickly and mostly go unnoticed.

  • Mobil side has a few bugs from time to time but never had an issue the FE staff wasn't willing to help with/resolve in a more than timely manor.
