  • Pros

  • Customer love that they get detailed written invoices and quotes promptly emailed to them. Dispatchers love see where the techs are in the day so they can squeeze in an extra service call or two.
  • The software is very user friendly and integrates with Quickbooks very well.
  • Cons

  • We continue to have technical problems and are unable to login. This is causing major problems for our dispatchers.
  • Not mobile friendly for the office side, terrible tech support, unable to import data from Housecall Pro, price is higher than other systems and doesn't offer anything special.

  • I like that this software makes it easy for not only for our tenants but also for our staff for the scheduling of overtime HVAC.
  • Easy to put in a request for after hours air. Great customer service if you ever need to get a hold of someone for help.
  • Cons

  • I don't get advised on what the error is. For example if access is not granted, I would have to call someone to find out why.
  • Sometimes can be confusing while adding specific time zones.
