Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The software is very user friendly and integrates with Quickbooks very well.

  • Customer service was great getting started. They worked and answered questions they knew the answer to.

  • Cons

  • Customer service is lacking once you go live it is a little pricey compared to some of the other software out there.

  • ESC is only compatible with limited accounting software packages. We love ESC but want to switch our accounting software but are unable to.

  • Pros

  • Best scheduling and dispatching out there. Easy to customize Support has been amazing Great user interface

  • This product is easy to use for both the office and the field technicians. The fact that it auto sync with our accounting software makes it a must have in my book.

  • Cons

  • The price is the only thing that could use some adjustment. I feel the price is a little too high but besides that all is good

  • There are a lot of options that can get a little bit overwhelming. The learning curve is a little high but that's due to the fact that there are so many tools available.
