This is a very good app, the support team is excellent

PROS

I really like the feature to send tickets directly to SXP. The reports that I can generate really makes my job easier.

CONS

If we could mass send tickets to SXP is one of the features that I would like to see. I know they are constantly working in making the app better and its probably coming in a future update.

Over all simple to use and I like that it syncs instantly

CONS

The fact that I can’t look up a job by typing in the job number. I must type in the assigned w#. In order to find that I must scroll through 100+jobs to find it
