The ease of use in the field is a huge benefit to myself and my techs.

The system is comprehensive, for the most part, in delivering field service functionality across the various processes of my business at a price point that a small company like mine can support.

It is difficult to see at a glance what the schedule is for multiple techs. The second biggest complaint is how slow it can be.

Great value but misses the mark on some aspects.

I love the amount of features you get for the price. I am coming from Jobber which I use as the gold standard for small to medium sized field service business software.

I can process payments quickly and I like having all the information of where my techs are at any point in the day and get updates easily.

Scheduling features are nice and intuitive compared to your competitors software. Ability for team to easily access service history and customer equipment is also a huge benefit to us.

The FieldPulse program is great very easy to use with great support from all team personnel from FieldPluse.

My favorite thing so far has been the customer service.

Customer data base and google maps integration is nice to use while driving to location. Tech support has been spot on as well.

For just starting out my business and coming from more expensive software it was the best descision I made to help keep everything organized and flowing. Great choice for any tech to use.

Maybe have the ability to drag and drop info on screens.

When you don't have service, you can't use it. The offline mode isn't very useful and tablet apps don't have offline mode.

They will probably continue to improve this though so with the cost effectiveness may be worth it in the long run.

Easy setup and very user friendly. Product support and training were top notch.

Software is very visually appealing and makes scheduling and sending estimates easy. It is intuitive and can be learned quickly.

I usually have my questions answered and explained within minutes. The software is super easy to use and by FAR the easiest I have tried to integrate with Quickbooks online.

Service is great, appears that they are able and willing to explore options/ideas to improve software.

My business has already received multiple compliments on the customer service we provide through it. The communication is much easier to do and our quotes look so professional coming from field pulse.

The system is not a customizable as I would prefer and there seems to be a steady stream of bugs which don't hamper function but are a bit of an annoyance.

The Fieldpulse team also has great support that listens to you and actually supports you. They also have a feature called engage that integrates VOIP into their software.

They can answer every question. The ease of use is amazing considering how high quality and use it is.

Customer service has been helpful and accommodating in finding work-arounds or making system updates to improve upon their product.

Fieldpulse is a robust CRM that has many useful functions and the team continues to add to it. I have used other CRM's including jobber and none are as good as Fieldpulse.

The ease of use has been nice. Keeps my up to date with the app.

Dont buy it not stable, has too many problems, stops my business from working, it is down and my business stops.

Extremely user friendly, we have staff that have never used any type of phone or ipad before and they are very good with GeoOp.

Invoicing is super easy with the xero integration and it's easy to see a clients entire job history which is a great tool for us.

Management are rude and arrogant. What is a glorified filing app as that is all it does.

We are managing 12 service techs and 7 office staff using the program effectively and the ability to teach new people how to use is great.

I've tested out several competing platforms, and GeoOp is by far the most impressive. They rate that they are making additions and improvements is remarkable.

Waste of time and money, my over all experience with geoop has been so frustrating and been happening for mouths with no sign of a resolution in sight.

We like the integration with our accounting package.

By all means utilise if it suits your purpose just be aware you need to subsidise their inability to track cancellation requests.

Its buggy and has loads of problems, says it saves when I hasn't, constantly freezing, kicking you out, and the customer service is hopeless and unhelpful.

It's simple to use and very intuitive and I had all the help I needed to get started.

It's very simple and easy to use. I would say it's very good for what it does, striking a reasonable balance between being user friendly and having tons of features.

At first is great, but give it a couple years. They will use all of your information that you use them to hold for you as hostage to take more money off you.

It has just been the best and has saved us so much time.

Im sick and tired after being with this company for over 2 years now with all the support issues.

It's really easy to access from all mobile when I'm away from the office - the main winning difference compared to other situations.

After comparing GeoOP's pricing to my current software provider, I was shocked to discover that GeoOP is approximately 50% more expensive.

The only problems we have had is with staff not being trained properly to use all the features.

The management won't even contact you when requested yet they expect you to sit back while this software kills your business. This product should not be forsale.

Reasonably easy to use program and extremly reliable.

Give it a try, it wont be for everyones business but its worth looking at as it is uncomplicated and great value for money.

This is a great app for booking and client management and works really well with invoicing integration. Heaps of awesome features, would definitely recommend.

In fact, I was ready to invest a bit more in Zapier to ensure a seamless connection between my current software and Xero.

Once I learnt how to use the software it helps me monitor everything very easily, and not fall behind any jobs. Its user friendly, and helps to keep our business ahead of invoices.

As part of a small business I use the software and the app  to track jobs and assign these to staff. It integrates well with XERO which is great.

Tailored for my business, easy to use, integrates with Australian accounting software, and has great customer support.

The service desk is brilliant with both phone and email support.

The mobility and ease of use has cut the paperwork down to nothing. We run in the fitness industry and the ability to share with the clients some of the information helps to keep them happy as well.

Would recommend to any cleaning business. Support-wise geoop has been fantastic in helping us out with our new business.

From creating jobs to sending quotes and what is best is that integrates very well with XERO. I love the fact that it gets constantly updated with new functionalities.
