  • Pros

  • I liked the fact that [sensitive content hidden] my Customer Success Specialist, is so very kind and helpful. Whenever you need her she is right there to answer all of my question.
  • Furthermore they have a much better pricing point compared to some of the systems. All in all FieldPulse is great it is going to get better and my company will be able to grow by using Fieldpuse.
  • They can answer every question. The ease of use is amazing considering how high quality and use it is.
  • Cons

  • It is difficult to see at a glance what the schedule is for multiple techs. The second biggest complaint is how slow it can be.
  • The system is not a customizable as I would prefer and there seems to be a steady stream of bugs which don't hamper function but are a bit of an annoyance.
  • Maybe have the ability to drag and drop info on screens.

  • Amazing experience from start to finish. Customer service has been fantastic, communication great.
  • As a owner I love to discuss my decisions and collaborate together as a team and that's what I get with Less Paper. They are on my level when it comes to wanting the software to be a perfect.
  • To say this is a perfect system is not hyperbole. Sensitive content hidden] and his team do a great job tailoring this system to you specific needs.
  • Cons

  • Web-based rather then app based means sometimes data is lost with a bad connection (Less Paper has added some functionality to minimize the occurrences).
  • Once our crews were released by the investor owned utilities we turned them loose on the private work.
  • The only negative I have ran into with this software is when the software is getting worked on, it causes issues for the users.
