Pros/Cons
Pros
- I liked the fact that [sensitive content hidden] my Customer Success Specialist, is so very kind and helpful. Whenever you need her she is right there to answer all of my question.
- Furthermore they have a much better pricing point compared to some of the systems. All in all FieldPulse is great it is going to get better and my company will be able to grow by using Fieldpuse.
- M a big fan of Field Pulse because it’s super user-friendly. The dashboard is also really attractive and easy to navigate.
Cons
- It is difficult to see at a glance what the schedule is for multiple techs. The second biggest complaint is how slow it can be.
- The system is not a customizable as I would prefer and there seems to be a steady stream of bugs which don't hamper function but are a bit of an annoyance.
- When you don't have service, you can't use it. The offline mode isn't very useful and tablet apps don't have offline mode.
Pros
- Overall my experience has been really great. They have a friendly, dedicated, and professional staff who is willing to go above and beyond.
- It has been easy to use and the functionality is good for our purposes. Service also has been very good and quick to respond.
- MobiWork helps DTS keep track of all of the jobs and helps to provide a framework when closing work orders to ensure great service for our customers.
Cons
- The app on my phone does not work as well as it does on my tablet.
- However, the limited integration options with other systems posed some challenges in terms of data synchronization.
- Software lags a lot, scheduling and job management was not easy.
