  • Pros

  • I liked the fact that [sensitive content hidden] my Customer Success Specialist, is so very kind and helpful. Whenever you need her she is right there to answer all of my question.
  • Furthermore they have a much better pricing point compared to some of the systems. All in all FieldPulse is great it is going to get better and my company will be able to grow by using Fieldpuse.
  • They can answer every question. The ease of use is amazing considering how high quality and use it is.
  • Cons

  • It is difficult to see at a glance what the schedule is for multiple techs. The second biggest complaint is how slow it can be.
  • The system is not a customizable as I would prefer and there seems to be a steady stream of bugs which don't hamper function but are a bit of an annoyance.
  • Maybe have the ability to drag and drop info on screens.

  • The abilities are rich and continue to be added to over time with the system. They are continually improving based on feedback from their customers.
  • I loved the capabilities ServiceTitan gave us for communicating with customers, the ease of scheduling and dispatching, tracking of maintenance agreements, etc. Overall usage was great.
  • We have had a great experience with ServiceTitan. They are willing to listen to their customers in terms of suggestions to improve the product.
  • Cons

  • If you need to contact support, its a 30-60 minute wait. The awkward steps to do "one-off" custom priced invoices is annoying and more difficult than it should be.
  • The implementation people just want to rush you in and out and avoid all the problems. The Success managers are too busy to fix any problems and you are stuck fending for yourself.
  • Its just not what I needed for my business and customer service was horrible, multiple transfers stating that I had the wrong department and ended up bei g hung up on.
