About FieldX

FieldX is a cloud-based field service solution that offers a native mobile application for Android and iOS devices. Key features allow users to allocate tasks, design routes and view the real time location of the workers on the field. FieldX provides a drag-and-drop feature allowing managers to create, assign and reallocate tasks to the employees. Administrators can add and manage employees and client profiles in the system database. Customer feedback can be gathered through surveys for analysis. The solution allows technicians to accept or reject a job on the basis of schedule and availability or location as well as update the job status in real time. Great app when it comes to managing engineers and assigning jobs.

I purchased fieldX only for managing my onfield employees. But now we are using it for monitoring our company’s performance and finances too. Totally worth the spend.

Great app when it comes to managing engineers and assigning jobs. I reach my job locations on time because of fieldx. Best in terms of managing Elevator Services company Staff-management Client-management Asset-management Job-management We use these features the most: Job-allocation Route-optimization Tracking Client-feedback Reports Can keep jobs continued with ‘Keep Alive’. Can create regular maintenance jobs with ‘recurring jobs’ Can add ‘Sub-jobs’ within Jobs Can automatically give jobs to right engineers Can manage all from start to finish Can do much more Shows history of assets. This is very useful for us when doing job becoz we know what problems asset had befor. It show maps to site also.

CONS

Finance section needs improvement Zero con. App is parfect All our issues were addressed by their support team. Takes some time getting used to for Administrators. Not faced issue with our system. This is a great app! Can’t manage holidays and leaves

One of the most undermined fsm tools out there. Highly recommend it.

PROS

Got to know about FieldX from their promotional mail. We were initially shy of approaching a relatively new fsm software. But thought of trying it rather than ruling it out completely. My gut feeling turned out to be right. Their lead got in touch with me instantly after the signup and took reviews from me. Some of the features we needed were missing but they assured that they’d work on it asap and they did! Their support team is really speedy in terms of solving issues.

CONS

They really need to work on the visibility of the features within their software. Tbh, they have a lot of useful features that you wouldn’t initially know. For the first few months the experience felt like an Easter egg hunt.
