Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It has many many functions. Full of cool features. Very useful.

  • The program is fairly straight forward, and easy to use. Booking calls is easy, once you have the clients already in the system.

  • Cons

  • Confusing some times. There are so many features and tools.

  • It used to be slow....but that has stopped - so no Cons at this point

  • Great look and ease of use. Works on all devices.

  • Great Value, easy to use, never had an issue that wasn't caused by my lack of computer understanding. Found it to be reliable and accurate

  • Cons

  • The Xero compatibility is simple but does not allow for specific items to be synced and we have to edit entries in Xero so we can track correctly

  • The app is still not as user friendly as the desktop version as far as seeing your employees times in the field but they have changed and upgraded many times sense we began using them.
