Fast Lean Smart (FLS) VISITOUR is a field service solution offering scheduling and dispatch, as well as work order management. It is best suited for larger businesses across a variety of industries.
FLS VISITOUR’s core capability is real-time schedule and route optimisation. Users can agree to appointment proposals based on a customers’ availability, service level agreement (SLA) and cost. FLS completes route calculations and arrival times using driving speeds based on traffic.
FLS VISITOUR features optional dispatching to FLS MOBILE or a company’s existing mobile app. Status updates and GPS are used in combination with a live traffic feed to plot progress. The system can be set to optimise routes automatically according to user-defined rules, or to send the user alerts that routes should be adjusted manually.
Available modules include an online booking portal for customers, automatic appointment reminders for customers and arrival time alerts.

Bespoke to our requirements and great versatility. Reliable over hundreds of routes per week. We were able to assist in development to our requirements and return to fine tune many times until totally satisfied with the product.

FLS has helped Innovation Property (UK) make a significant step change in our ability to effectively manage the capacity of our field resources. The software tells the business where the surveyor is, how long it will take to get to their appointment, how long the surveyor has been on site, and where they're going next. It enables Innovation Property (UK) to give its customers real time information (for example exactly when to expect a surveyor to arrive), but also ensures it only sends a surveyor with the appropriate skill set and equipment for each claim, not just any surveyor.' Innovation Property (UK) can now cluster required appointments to optimise the number of visits per day,which has been especially effective during the recent weather surge events, where claims volumes increased by over 600% above the daily average for a sustained period. We had been using FLS for only a month across our business, before we were able to quantify deliverable exceptional benefits. For example, reducing surveyor mileage times between appointments from an average of 34 miles per job to 19 miles. This allows less time for travelling and more time spent in Customer's homes helping them after a property insurance claim. The ease in which the business was able to deploy the software across all of its operating units and field resources was a testament to the flexibility of the solution and the service provided by the FLS support team.
