Me encanta pero mejorable

Estamos muy contentos y cómodos de usar Routal, las mejoras que han agregado son muy buenas y tener el filtro de mapa en satélite nos ayuda bastante. Creemos que hay cosas mejorables, como el tráfico en live. El tema de los drivers también nos llega a frustrar. Pero en general muy bien, la atención del equipo es muy buena, \[contenido sensible oculto\] siempre apoyando cuando lo necesitamos.

Es muy sencillo y fácil de aprender a usar, muy útil para nuevos integrantes de nuestros equipos. Es tan sencillo crear nuevas estaciones con el dinamismo que tienen de carga masiva e individual.

Cons:

Que no sea tráfico real y solo sea un promedio. Nos gustaría más que fuera con tráfico real pero eso genera un costo adicional y al ser una plataforma de ruteo debería venir incluido.

Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena. A pesar de los pequeños bugs o inconvenientes, el uso de la herramienta ha sido de gran aprendizaje ya que ha sido de las únicas plataformas amigables y de buen entendimiento.

Lo que más me ha gustado de Routal, sin duda ha sido lo amigable que la plataforma es perse. Desde los colores, los mapas, el dinamismo, las fuentes, y que, en consecuencia; todo sea muy fácil y rápido de aprender.

Cons:

Lo que menos me ha gustado de Routal, es que algunas veces el tema de los "bugs" o retardos en la plataforma suele llegar a ser pérdida de tiempo para el desarrollo de una actividad. Sobre todo, el tema de horarios (lo cual manejo mucho) ya que no se actualizan automáticamente.

Su forma tan intuitiva de usarlo. No son miles de botones o procesos para herramientas básicas, y la interfaz es super dinámica y agradable.

Cons:

Que había funciones que ya servían bien y al cambiarlas se alargaron procesos que eran de un solo paso. Un ejemplo subir ubicaciones.

He tenido la oportunidad de utilizarlo en diferentes empresas en las que he estado, en las cuales ha traido grandes beneficios al aprovechar mejor las unidades y con ello generar ahorros en los costos de combustible, desgaste de unidades y por ende reduccion de costos de mantenimiento y mejor aprovechamiento del recurso humano

Pros:

Es un excelente herrramienta para realizar la planeación de rutas y el plus es que el repartidor cuenta con la herramienta en su móvil que le muestra la siguiente ubicación y como llegar a ella y enviar las evidencias de entrega en tiempo real, mismas que se pueden ver en la plataforma por lo que en todo momento estamos enterados del avance en las entregas que va teniendo cada unidad de reparto

Cons:

en el móvil del repartidor a veces es un poco lento cargar la pagina ya que depende de los datos, pero es la ventaja es mucho mayor que la desventaja

Cons:

En ocasiones se tiene que dar unos minutos para hacer actualizaciones en direcciones y esto en ciertos momentos es un poco desesperante

Que constantemente se esta actualizando y la interfaz es sencilla. Se enfocan en que sea funcional pero a la vez cuidando la estética y funcionalidad. Su atención al cliente es rápida.

Cons:

Que conforme se actualiza muchas veces tiene bugs. Y me gustaría que se pueda modificar la ruta desde un smartphone.

No se incluye el tráfico real, esto es base para cualquier plataforma de ruteo y planeación de rutas, ya que el trafico afecta significativamente el tiempo de traslado.
