HomeWised is an online database that provides field Service solutions to customers. The solution help users in managing service requests, scheduling tasks and dispatching products. It also includes invoicing, billing, and inventory management.

HomeWised is also partnered with the BigData analytical engine to analyze data and compile reports. It also provides prescreened leads to each provider, who have subscribed to the service.

The proprietary scheduling allows technicians to track job information so that they can move on to a new service request in their area based on job length and level of importance. HomeWised is offered in both on-premise and cloud-based formats.

The solution is suitable for both commercial and residential markets, especially plumbing, carpentry, electrical, lawn care and cleaning services.

Amazing software for field service automation

It's pretty quick, with little downtime. The customer service response is exceptional. It saves a lot of time and gas by allowing cloud services. It's also affordable, and I hope it stays that way
