Housecall Pro helps facilitate the scheduling, dispatching and invoicing of all our customers. Easy to use and it is nice to have a data base, historical record of each customer to easily go back to.

No real problems but the interface is kind of boring. But that is just being nitpicky.

IT's been great the staff is very help the training is great and everyone is helpful and friends.

Onboarding is always difficult with any software. Importing a large database of clients and getting the office used to use it took some time.

It does this in a variety of ways, but most importantly it has reports and actions that help guide you to making your company more productive and more profitable.

My field staff find it very user friendly. Overall it does save my office staff time with their day to day tasks.

The reports are fantastic for tracking revenue, payroll, job counts and employee stats. Employee stats include quality percentage, efficiency tracking, days off, PTO used.

While no software can do everything, Maid Central comes close.

Some aspects of the UI are not immediately intuitive, which can be especially difficult to explain to others when you are the token millennial in the office.

It’s hard to keep up with the week to week changes.

It also makes it incredibly easy to sort out potential routing issues ahead of time at a quick glance.

Rate increases are now super easy. A few steps and emails go out to all clients you need to increase.

An amazing tool to understand if you are running a profitable business. After jumping in with both feet and making the commitment to using more of the features it was exciting to see how it works.

Maid Central has graphics in the scheduling function that make it easy to understand job requirements and job status at a glance.
