Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Housecall Pro helps facilitate the scheduling, dispatching and invoicing of all our customers. Easy to use and it is nice to have a data base, historical record of each customer to easily go back to.
  • I like ease of use, price and the great customer service & support. I had looked at & tried other software but this one fit all of my needs.
  • Cons

  • No real problems but the interface is kind of boring. But that is just being nitpicky.
  • Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
  • Pros

  • Tracking when and where my employees are working has been of such help to me. The user friendly layout is very helpful when showing to prospective clients.
  • It is very user friendly, our employees like using it, and it is great for communicating with customers.
  • Cons

  • Payroll is still difficult. Trying to determine if someone is close to overtime or having to manually approve every shift is difficult.
  • Inability to communicate directly and privately with individuals. No reminders for staff when they need to sign out.
