iTrade - easy to use and has made how things run much simpler

So many benefits - can see the technician job notes etc as soon as he completes each job - and then can obviously email the customer the invoice that day, so long as the supplier invoices have come through (if specific gear was picked up). Can move jobs around quickly if bookings change. Customer job history is all there and easy to find. Quoting system is awesome, can create templates for faster quoting. Supplier invoices get emailed straight into iTrade. Can use the Reports option to send monthly customer service reminder emails...

PROS

Can send customer invoices out immediately, makes job dispatch very quick and easy, very user friendly, can store important customer details specific to them (ie if they have an alarm system)...

CONS

Occasionally when one of our techs is in an out of coverage area his data doesn't seem to come back through the system - doesn't happen often though

iTrade is a fantastic product in the market

PROS

It is easy to use, easy to navigate and easy for the team to operate out in the field.

CONS

I wish there was a back to today button in the scheduling and a way to leave messages across the days - currently I use tasks e.g. to say School Holidays so the team are aware if doing work at a park that it will be busier than normal. etc.

The Big Review

I love using iTrade as I can get my quotes to my customers within the same day.

PROS

Very easy to navigate around the program & APP, the quoting feature is great and allows me to get my quotes to my customers in record time.

CONS

When invoicing out projects you have to move the box to see the total price. When creating a task the expiry date should automatically be set to after the event.

Tried many, this one works

PROS

Its simple, they all say they are but this one is the easiest I've found. Its easy to work your way around looks simple but you can dig deeper when you need to. Does everything we need it to do and it saved us one admin staff.

CONS

No windows mobile app, only Android and iOS

Happy i Trade user

I love i Trade. Its accurate. i Trade makes my life less stressful by helping to organise our trades men out on the road. Everything co ordinates well.

PROS

Ease of use. Can find my way around the system easily

CONS

Honestly can't think of anything i don't like.
