Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love Jobber's design - beautiful modern. Love it! I love the ease of use as well. I havent had any trouble finding anything so far.

  • It very easy to use, it ties my business together really well.

  • Cons

  • The Xero compatibility is simple but does not allow for specific items to be synced and we have to edit entries in Xero so we can track correctly

  • The app is still not as user friendly as the desktop version as far as seeing your employees times in the field but they have changed and upgraded many times sense we began using them.

  • Pros

  • Love the scheduling. I like that it shows where they should be and I can actually put the approximate time they should be there.

  • Excellent customer service. It's also cool that I can customize my charges.

  • Cons

  • It's never fun setting up software it wasn't difficult but it was a little bit time consuming. Once everything is set up it pretty much runs itself though.

  • There is nothing currently that i dislike but MHD, but I would love to see this product communicate better directly with other software that we are using.
