### Pros

"Specifically, this year we have utilized the texting feature which has cut down on conversion time of quotes, given us more flexibility for proactive communication and allowed us to interact with busy homeowners looking for convenient service."

"It makes scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and customer communication much more efficient and helps keep everything organized in one system. While there is a learning curve and some limitations with advanced features, it improves day-to-day operations once the team is trained."

"The scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and client communication tools all work well together, which saves our team time and reduces paperwork."

### Cons

"The scheduling is easy, but that calendar gets very confusing with estimate appointments and job appointments. And we use a time frame for arrival for estimate appointments but there's no option for that type of scheduling. And I wish there were a way to turn the auto reminders off on an individual basis."

"The lead sourcing data tracking is difficult and doesn't transfer across the different "fields" like customer, quote, job, etc."

"One of the biggest challenges has been that when employees forget to clock out of a job, as an admin, I have no ability to force the clock to stop. "

Pros:

What I love the most about Jobber is that they are constantly improving the apps and adding new features. There are so many new features they added since I joined in 2024. The best part is they take the feedback from the users to make changes and improve. Recently I requested to merge duplicate clients and they made it possible. Just to mention a few the apps integrate with quickbooks and also integrate with the home depot app to add products right into your quote.

Cons:

I can say one thing i don’t love about Jobber. I believe they got so much room to grow but I thinks it’s an amazing app

Easy-to-Use Field Service Management Software That Improves Productivity

5

My overall experience with Jobber has been very positive. The platform helped streamline scheduling, customer communication, invoicing, and job management. The interface is intuitive, onboarding is simple, and the mobile app makes it easy to manage work in the field. It has improved productivity, reduced manual processes, and provided a professional experience for both employees and customers.

Functionality

Pros:

What I liked most about Jobber is how easy it is to manage day-to-day field service operations from a single platform. Scheduling, quoting, invoicing, customer management, and job tracking are all straightforward and easy to use. The mobile app keeps field staff connected, while the automation features help reduce administrative work and improve efficiency. It provides excellent visibility into jobs and customer interactions.

Cons:

While Jobber is very user-friendly, some advanced workflow customization options are more limited compared to larger enterprise field service platforms. Reporting capabilities could be more flexible for detailed business analysis, and certain integrations require higher-tier plans. Pricing can become expensive as the number of users grows.

Reasons for switching to Jobber

I switched because I was looking for a more intuitive field service management platform with stronger scheduling, invoicing, and customer management capabilities. Jobber provided a better overall user experience, easier job tracking, reliable mobile access, and helpful automation features that reduced administrative work and improved day-to-day efficiency.

Functionality

Pros:

The platform is really built with service industries in mind; while it’s primary model is jobs with intermittent scheduling (e.g. carpentry, etc), it has been the best tool we have found for our housekeeping business, beating out dedicated housecleaning software in terms of use, functionality, options, and pricing. It is a robust platform, self explanatory, with an easy to access kbase and IT support. As the primary scheduler for a business running on recurring clients on a set schedule, I really value the notes section of client pages, the multiple scheduling views, and the ease of editing schedules and clients. The ability to integrate other products, like Gusto, MailChimp, and LiveSwitch is incredible. The communication setting for clients are easy to use, and integrate well. Love the client hub that can be linked to your website. Invoicing is simple and effective. The platform is rarely buggy.

Cons:

I would appreciate more options for business with dedicated recurring schedules. More options for team management would be valuable; being able to add employee addresses to the map view for calculating routes on recurring services, or have visual database of a team member’s dedicated client list (showing scheduling openings, etc) would be super valuable. No other platform offers that at this time either to be fair (without a custom build $$$).

Reasons for choosing Jobber

Better price, better integration, better support

All-in-one field service tool that's easy for teams to adopt

5

Overall it's been a solid switch from juggling multiple systems — scheduling and invoicing are noticeably smoother, and my team didn't need much training to get up and running. its so easy to use to be honest.

5

5

Functionality

Pros:

Jobber brings scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and client communication into one place, which cuts out a lot of the back-and-forth between separate tools. It's genuinely easy to learn — both office staff and field crews pick it up quickly, even people with no CRM experience. The client hub is a nice touch: customers can approve quotes and pay invoices themselves, and once a quote is approved it converts straight into a job with no re-entry. QuickBooks sync keeps the accounting side in check, and support has been responsive when I've needed help.

Cons:

Managing client tags is more tedious than it should be — you have to keep going back into each client's profile to add or update them one at a time, which gets time-consuming once your client list grows. Exporting data is another pain point: pulling larger reports into Excel isn't as smooth as it should be, and I'd love a way to export bigger, more detailed spreadsheets without extra manual work. The mapping/routing tool also just shows stops as dots rather than an actual street-by-street route, so it misses one-ways, bridges, and faster paths between jobs.

I love that Jobber keeps so much of our business organized in one place. We use it for scheduling, client information, quotes, invoicing, payments and keeping track of our jobs. As we've grown, having a system that my office team can use and easily understand has been incredibly valuable.

Cons:

There are still some features I wish were more customizable for a growing service business. Reporting and certain automations could be more robust, and sometimes it takes extra steps to get the information exactly the way I want to see it. I would love even more advanced reporting as Jobber continues to grow.

Pros:

Jobber makes client scheduling and automated appointment reminders extremely easy to manage. The calendar overview is clean and intuitive, which makes organizing client sessions, tracking quotes, and sending basic invoices very straightforward without a steep learning curve.

Cons:

Because the platform is tailored primarily toward field service businesses, some terminology and default workflow settings require slight adaptation when using it strictly for individual consulting or tutoring sessions. Additionally, tier-based pricing can feel slightly steep for independent operators.

Changed how we operate to be more efficient

4

Functionality

Pros:

We’ve been using Jobber to manage our HVAC and refrigeration company, and it has made a noticeable difference in how organized and efficient we operate. Scheduling is simple and clear, especially when you’re juggling multiple service calls and larger installation projects at the same time. The calendar view keeps the whole team on the same page, and dispatching techs from the office is straightforward. Quoting and invoicing are fast and professional. Being able to build detailed quotes, convert them to jobs, and then invoice directly from the same system saves a lot of double entry. It keeps everything clean and trackable. Clients also appreciate the professional look of the quotes and invoices. Payment tracking and reminders help keep cash flow steady. For a growing business, staying on top of receivables is critical, and Jobber makes that easier. The mobile app is useful for technicians in the field. They can access job details, add notes, upload photos, and track time without having to call the office constantly. That alone improves efficiency and reduces mistakes. Overall, Jobber helps bring structure to day-to-day operations. For a service-based company in the trades, having one platform to manage scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and client communication is a big advantage.

Cons:

One downside is that the mobile app doesn’t offer all the same functionality as the desktop version. There are times in the field when I want to make specific adjustments or edits, but certain features are only available on desktop. In those cases, I have to wait until I’m back at the office to complete what I need to do.

Reasons for choosing Jobber

found this to be more suited for out needs as a company

Vendor Response

Hi Brett, Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review. It’s great to hear how Jobber is helping bring more organization and efficiency to your HVAC and refrigeration business, especially with scheduling, dispatching, and keeping everything connected from quote to invoice. We’re glad to hear the platform is making a difference for both your team in the field and your clients, and that it’s helping you stay on top of cash flow as you grow. That’s exactly the kind of impact we aim to have. We also really appreciate your feedback on the mobile app. We understand how important it is to have full flexibility in the field, and insights like yours help guide where we continue to improve. Thanks again for choosing Jobber and for taking the time to share your experience.

Functionality

Pros:

The price is what originally drew me to Jobber. When making the decision on which CRM to use for my startup HVAC business, other software such as ServiceTitan has more features than I need and a price point that my business won't support. Jobber was cost-effective, easy to use, and could be used with Quickbooks accounting, and therefore was a pretty easy choice.

Cons:

I have the most issues with the app version of Jobber. Specifically, when taking notes, capturing images, or filling out forms, I have lost a lot of time when they won't upload or sync successfully. It was such a problem, that I have abandoned filling in the forms I have created. I also wish it integrated with a phone system like Ring Central.

Price was the deciding factor when considering the other CRMs

I really like Jobber’s new feature that shows the status of a payment and lets me see exactly when it will be deposited into our bank account. I also appreciate how easy it is to adjust a client’s payment method. This gives clients the opportunity to set up a payment plan with us, and it helps us clearly track how much they’ve already paid and how much they still owe.

Cons:

I’m frustrated that Jobber allows double booking without alerting me, and that there’s no simple way to mark individual blackout dates or times for my workers. Adjusting weekly work schedules isn’t enough, I need to be able to enter specific unavailable times (such as appointments, time off, or partial-day blocks) for each team member and have those blackout periods automatically appear and prevent conflicts on the Jobber scheduling calendar.

Reasons for switching to Jobber

We were expanding our company and we needed a software that had more options

Most enhanced job scheduling system on the market

I love the frequent updates and additions, always improving and enhancing the system. Sometimes I keep a short record of tweaks I'd make and send them to support and the response time is great.

Functionality

Pros:

Automations, analytics, custom settings for nuances in my business. The flow of a job from create client to sending invoices has the spaces for details I want to enter (and some). I like that there's an app - it makes a huge difference. being able to GPS track my team and use a general time setting separate from the job timer is helpful to separate what my company pays for vs what the customer pays for.

Cons:

When sending text/email notifications, it says "message" for text and for email is just says sent. I'd like it to specifically say "text"/"email" because of the process being so redundant, it's great to have that reminder of what wasn't done.

Pros:

Jobber is like a third hand to me! It is where everything is related to our customers. Scheduling the customer is easy. Adding to the customer's file is easy to do. Invoicing and quotes are user-friendly, too. The quick customer support is great when in the middle of an issue, and I can call for immediate answers. I cannot imagine getting through a day, let alone an hour, without Jobber.

Cons:

Campaigns in the marketing Suite. The customers I want the campaign geared toward are tricky to get right.

A very good tool for scheduling and increasing customer satisfaction.

5

We use it for our field service assignments with customers. We document our activities, what we sell to the customer, the work we've done and get a signature for the order directly. The customer receives everything by email and has an overview of the work performed and the costs.

Pros:

I use Jobber for scheduling appointments and find it great that I can always see which appointments are open or already scheduled. It's reassuring to receive a confirmation email when an activation is complete. I was able to learn how to use Jobber easily, which is a big plus for me. Another useful feature is the ability to easily insert photos from onsite appointments, which are then stored as documentation within our company.

Cons:

The overview would be helpful to see direct information on whether the customer has already been contacted, or whether a new appointment needs to be made.

Jobber is a Game Changer!

5

I would rate Jobber a 10/10 and strongly recommend it to anyone with a service based company. At first, it felt like a big jump to take on the extra cost, but when it allowed me to streamline all of the functionality needed to make my business run, I was able to grow my business by taking on more clients and hiring additional staff because Jobber made everything so easy to manage! If I ever have any issues, their customer support is incredible.

Pros:

Jobber has helped me take my business to the next level. I used to do all of the functionality that Jobber offers manually, which was incredibly time consuming and left a lot of room for errors. Jobber has helped me grow my client base, ramp up communication efforts with clients and keep my scheduling on track.

Cons:

I wish the Jobber app showed you the payout amounts going in to your account. This is currently only viewable on the website version.

Vendor Response

Hi Karla, Thank you so much for sharing your experience, this is amazing to hear. We’re thrilled that Jobber has helped you streamline your operations, grow your client base, and scale your business. Making it easier to manage everything in one place while reducing errors is exactly what we aim for, so it’s great to see that impact. We also appreciate your feedback on payouts in the mobile app. That’s a really helpful suggestion, and we can see how having that visibility on the go would make a difference. Thanks again for your support and recommendation, we’re excited to keep being part of your growth.

Customer Support and Updates are fantastic. They have done a very good job keeping Jobber relevant. I treat Jobber as a "Salesforce" with a cap.

Cons:

The marketing, it is all AI. Which in turn means that there are a lot of other websites like yours, which hurts SEO.
