  • Pros

  • We really appreciate the care & dedication Jobbers team takes to ensure their customers are well taken care of, & that the program runs as efficiently as possible.
  • Absolutely love having jobber to run our company. Being able to integrate with square and quickbooks allows us to be efficient, effective and on the path to a successful future.
  • Still working on getting to know it and having our techs use it. It is a great idea and hoping it will be a good thing for our business.
  • Cons

  • I had to set up an account, reset the password, press cancel and THEN they cancelled it and even though I did not use a single day on the app refused to refund over $1000 in charges.
  • No way to require employees to use them on the job. The leadership of this company is scared to death of competition.
  • Technicians can't even look at the calendar to see where their next job is. This has been a very disappointing and huge inconvenience.

  • Planswift is like an open-source, do-it-yourself platform. It is awesome in it's capability to write what you need and even design the input screens to look very clean and professional.
  • Anyway I can recommend this software for new users who are looking to have there estimation purpose. I am happy overall quality of the software.
  • When looking into takeoff software this is the clear winner. It integrates well with other programs such as BuilderTrend and it is very easy to use.
  • Cons

  • Terrible customer service. I usually call and have to leave a message and someone might get back to me in 24-48 hours.
  • The other downside for me was that I had to have my computer rebuilt, and the PlanSwift files were stored in a place on my computer that is not routinely copied when an IT tech rebuilds the computer.
  • If you get a live person on their end it's usually "I'll get a technician to call you back. Then I guess you're just supposed to sit at your computer and wait, usually hours or into the next day.
