Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love Jobber's design - beautiful modern. Love it! I love the ease of use as well. I havent had any trouble finding anything so far.

  • The customer service people were great. The scheduling and time sheet function was quite easy to manage.

  • Cons

  • I think its gets a litlle pricey and things start to add up as you use it more. But otherwise its a pretty good app.

  • Sometimes the app will freeze on you , but I don't see that as a big deal. The benefits and the cost far outweigh any negatives, which negatives are almost non-existent.

  • Pros

  • I love that it is more user friendly than most and that there is easy access to their expert problem solving team.

  • I love all of the features that ServicePro offers. The support is wonderful and responsive.

  • Cons

  • At times when we have issues that need to go to programming, the problem is not solved as quickly as we would like, but we understand they have may customers and they are working to help all of us.

  • scheduling was a bit difficult, but this was back in 2015 so I don't remember specifics
