  • Overall great software, great team of customer support...very quick to respond. Very great value and professional looking software for the low cost.
  • With the best customer service and most affordable pricing , the experience has been amazing for both our team and clients.
  • Still working on getting to know it and having our techs use it. It is a great idea and hoping it will be a good thing for our business.
  • Cons

  • I had to set up an account, reset the password, press cancel and THEN they cancelled it and even though I did not use a single day on the app refused to refund over $1000 in charges.
  • No way to require employees to use them on the job. The leadership of this company is scared to death of competition.
  • Technicians can't even look at the calendar to see where their next job is. This has been a very disappointing and huge inconvenience.

  • Love the ease of use of this software, customer service assistance is amazing, very helpful and any issues are dealt with and rectified immediately. Presentations are easily uploaded for use.
  • Consultants have been helpful and friendly, The application appears to have good functionality and have not had any downtime or issues experienced to-date.
  • It's really helpful that the sign-in process is very self-explanatory so I don't have to spend time explaining to those who are not tech-savvy. I also loved how easy it was to set up.
  • Cons

  • I have wasted too much time trying to get it working correctly and trying to trouble shoot issues we are having.
  • Lag from users check in and check out doesn't refresh for about 15 minutes. The directory sucks too.
  • Sometimes it would not work properly when signing out. I also clicked on the wrong person once when signing in and there appears to be no option to change or amend this.
