Jotform is very easy to use, design your form, share the link and process the results. The most amazing is to format the answers in PDF.

On two occasions, I have lost hours of work despite saving religiously. I haven't been able to reproduce this so I can't report ti.

The only problem I have with this program is that uploading images into the document for submission is not always smooth.

When I was stuck at work with a database that was just terrible, I instead got jotform.

JotForm is easy to use and  has a beautiful dashboard to help  you track your form's performance.

I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.

We had an issue with tracking Facebook conversions with JotForm, but I cannot think of any other dislikes.

Very good product, very interesting for a non-profit organization like ours. Easy to use, most of the problems are solved by helpdesk.

Found it to be quite fast to use and reliable. Not sure it's the best solution in market but was easy enough for the couple projects I used Jotform for.

Easy to use - great customer service and integration with buildertrend. Great way to track jobs and estimates.

I liked having the ability to quickly upload plans and pull a takeoff and measure the plans in one spot.

Sometimes we run into problems loading blueprints when more than one user is on the same account.

The take off capability is a wonderful tool for gathering information into one spreadsheet.

Overall I have been very pleased with the time savings and cost savings for missed changes on projects. The overlay feature has been a lifesaver when reviewing plan revisions.

The customer service is great. I really appreciated them working with me on payments and allowing me to make two payments.

I absolutely love being able to use stack in a browser. It takes advantage of new technologies and integrates them without having to purchase new versions of clunky software on CDs.

This software has improved the efficiency of our material estimator by more than 40. We like that we were able to upload our own SKUs numbers in the tool to simplify quoting afterward.

I like the ability to work on the projects from home and office without transporting a computer with the software nor the files on a thumb drive or other portable media.

It is so irritating having to use the mouse for the essential functions.
