  • Pros

  • Clean design, simple setup. This was our first step in taking the business from paper to a software with mobile capabilities.
  • It is very user friendly and the customer support has been very good.
  • Cons

  • It failed to do so & it completely altered our inventory, leaving our staff unable to invoice for over a week.
  • Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.
  • Pros

  • It's great to be able to set up a subscription customer for life using the customer agreement and auto-renewal features. And the scheduling works great.
  • I like that I can easily jump back and forth from branch to branch. This helps with scheduling.
  • Cons

  • This software seemed to crash too much. Sometimes at a key time of day.
  • Lack of training on daily use and additional features.
