  • Pros

  • Jason & Jen were great today helping me. I wish everyone had good customer service like this.
  • They all seem to genuinely care about the customer, and you're left with the impression that they take great pride in helping their customers succeed.
  • I would recommend this for any IT company looking for a great program at a wonderful price to help grow and move into the future.
  • Cons

  • There are VERY limited reports, unable to scale a business with this software.
  • This company has the worst customer service; we had used this software for 2 years now and it constantly has issues.
  • Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.

  • We had an awesome chat and he supported me time and time again. We did face difficulties in some parts of the implementation, but rep did an awesome job of feidling my questions and providing answers.
  • Dispatching, Purchase order, Estimating and billing portion of the software top notch flow great to together awesome.
  • Clients are thrilled that during a meeting I can pull up Simpro and provide answers to all their questions. I recommend SimPro to anyone who is looking for a user friendly CRM that works.

  • Simpro lied and misled me at the very start to get my business now wont refund me what i have paid now i have cancelled. Now in the hands of my solicitor.
  • And slightly blurred pricing on number of licenses will be charged at what point.
  • The forms are utterly inflexible and customer support is absolutely terrible.
