  • Pros

  • Clean design, simple setup. This was our first step in taking the business from paper to a software with mobile capabilities.
  • It is very user friendly and the customer support has been very good.
  • Cons

  • It failed to do so & it completely altered our inventory, leaving our staff unable to invoice for over a week.
  • Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.

  • They had a good idea and if software gets completed and price becomes transparent and competitive with service titan, it would probably be a great product.
  • They are very friendly and always will to help if anything arises. You will not find a better system for the money.
  • Cons

  • I'm little bit confused to navigate for new features in starting but now I'm very familiar with the software.
  • Difficult to send an estimate and then delete non purchased items for invoicing. To put job notes of work done, they need to be entered into the recomendations box.
