Pros/Cons
Pros
- I would recommend this for any IT company looking for a great program at a wonderful price to help grow and move into the future.
- This software is a great idea and was easy for our company to just integrate into our processes. It works well with Quickbooks, and we loved that we could format the invoices to our specifications.
- They all seem to genuinely care about the customer, and you're left with the impression that they take great pride in helping their customers succeed.
Cons
- There are VERY limited reports, unable to scale a business with this software.
- This company has the worst customer service; we had used this software for 2 years now and it constantly has issues.
- Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.
Pros
- Overall I have been very pleased with the time savings and cost savings for missed changes on projects. The overlay feature has been a lifesaver when reviewing plan revisions.
- They are forward thinking and always chasing perfection. They may not catch perfection but they kick excellence in the butt.
- My overall experience has been amazing. This company is great to do business with.
Cons
- Time to change between sheets can be frustrating.
- Trouble getting some training, then the software was not what we need and the company basically told me tough there is no refunds. So much for a free trial.
- The only complaint I would ever have would be when OUR internet is slow, something the STACK doesn't control.
