mHelpDesk vs UpKeep

It's never fun setting up software it wasn't difficult but it was a little bit time consuming. Once everything is set up it pretty much runs itself though.

The invoicing functionality is my least favorite feature, however, given that we're not in Quick Books, I appreciate why. That said, tweaking it to offer basic accounting options would be great.

The learning curve on the setup is a bit steep, but their support is pretty good.

The premium features are a bit pricey in my opinion. That said, however, they have proven quite useful to our business.
