Great FSM Software for Small and Medium companies & cost effective.
Overall, a good software that gets the job done, easy to use, great mobile application interface for technicians, and can be easily integrated with quickbooks, xero.
PROSThe system set up is very easy, adding a lot of checklists, assets, locations and etc. through the csv upload saved a lot of time and cost on training. The support staff are very helpful and solve support requests very fast. One of the most helpful features for us was being able to integrate the software with our website for customers to raise job tickets, which helped allocating resources faster. Our customers are very happy about this feature. Great reporting capabilities, we are even able to tailor our reports to specific time.
CONSInitial learning and understanding is little challenging, but after getting the hang of it, becomes super easy.

MIMS exceeded our expectations
We are paperless, my technicians are able to invoice directly from the field, which massively improved the time that my accounting team would spend on “chasing” customers. Most importantly, we are able to add multiple customer systems/assets into the customers' contracts and run the preventive workflows with no delays.
PROSMIMS exceeded all the expectations, with automatic dispatching and scheduling features. Our customers are able to raise maintenance repair tickets directly through our website. MIMS saved my business during a pandemic and now it is easy to manage my teams remotely.
CONSTo be honest, the team is very happy with MIMS, and the only thing I can point out is that MIMS does not have offline capability.
Reasons for switching to MIMS
The software we used did not have the capability to track the progress of the job and the scheduling capabilities did not meet our expectations.
