  • Pros

  • Overall my experience has been really great. They have a friendly, dedicated, and professional staff who is willing to go above and beyond.
  • It has been easy to use and the functionality is good for our purposes. Service also has been very good and quick to respond.
  • MobiWork helps DTS keep track of all of the jobs and helps to provide a framework when closing work orders to ensure great service for our customers.
  • Cons

  • The app on my phone does not work as well as it does on my tablet.
  • However, the limited integration options with other systems posed some challenges in terms of data synchronization.
  • Software lags a lot, scheduling and job management was not easy.

  • Automated emails with custom links is terrific. Overall their product looks great on the surface, and the presentation is top notch.
  • I am quite happy with the Service. After all of the bugs got sorted out, it has been amazing to use especially for the day to day operations.
  • Also, what I like is that you can look up an account just by the address. Super helpful, and that the map showing what jobs are already on the schedule and each person has their own color pin.
  • Cons

  • Gone are the days of the paper inspection forms that come back to us all dirty, torn and unorganized.
  • Sometimes the system has some lag time and trouble uploading some of the paperwork.
  • Does not always integrate 100% to QBO, failed invoices with no real explanation (maybe 1 in 20 occurrence).
