About OPOC


OPOC is a cloud-based field service management solution for industries such as construction and logistics. Key features include live feed monitoring, site survey tools, a route planner, auto-revisit features and a subcontractor interface.

The solution allows project managers to assign tasks to contractors with a target date for completion. They can also create requests for information to capture progress updates and proof of completion. Tasks are shown on the map using colored icons indicating progress. Automatic alerts can be set up. Users have the option to duplicate past projects as a template for new ones.

The solution lets users email reports to stakeholders with real time updates. Native Android and iOS applications are available. Project information such as risk assessments, health and safety documents and visuals of design specifications can be stored in the app library.

The solution is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis and support is provided via an online ticketing system.
