Pros/Cons

Pros
We are so pleased with this Company! There are not enough positive words to describe the ease of use, the customer service and the trouble shooting with our device! Thank you!
It's easy to use. Customer service is excellent. I've used Square, PNC Merchant, Cayan (Merchant Warehouse) and had terrible experiences. Billing is easy and simple.

Cons
Great, but REALLY need better reporting on transactions, there's no way to tell the finance charge on an individual transaction.
Not much, but I would like some additional financing options for clients with less than perfect credit. there are some at the moment, but a few more would not hurt.

Pros
Super Easy to use and simple. I love the flow of the app and that you don’t have to search hard to find things.
The app is great. The interface is simple and intuitive. The ability to communicate with employees within a work order is fantastic.

Cons
Occasionally it has crashed but Customer Support have been helpful
The learning curve on the setup is a bit steep, but their support is pretty good.
