What I loved the most about Pest PAC is the scheduling tools it has. Very convenient and easy to use.

My companies overall experience with PestPac is horrific to say the least, i am after 3 years finally writing a review about the poor customer service and poor quality of the software.

The capabilities of the program far exceed what our company has utilize as of yet, this is a good thing to have more capabilities than less.

Like the use of documents with the mobile application.

The software allows me to present my customers with great field reports. It is great for billing.

The cost, the contract and worst yet the CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Easy to use and love I can access it anywhere at anytime. Customer support is amazing and always resolve any issues or questions quickly.

It has been difficult to get a hold of someone outside of regular business hours and even when you do it can still take a few days to resolve some problems.

COmments and complaints are being ignored or shuffed off to be filed. Simply put, you have grown large, and no longer care about the little things.

Discover and American Express do not work unless they are setup after the on-bording process. The “Pay Here” option in the email that is sent with the invoice has a font size of about 8.

They believe in their product and appreciate suggestions that can help to advance the usability of the software.

They are the best company I have every  worked with in terms of professionalism, friendliness, reliability, and quality of product.

It will save you hours every day, plus save money on things like gas and wear of your trucks.

I love the service set-up report. I love the collections module and the way it helps me track customers that are over 120 days past due and is integrated directly with ARM.

It is filled with redundancy and no intuitiveness. I think the code is so old and complicated that they can't bring themselves to trash it and build it from the ground up.

Ease of use and of course the excellent technical support.

With PestPac you know that your numbers are solid. Schedulers also love that the appointments do not auto move after auto calls have gone out.

We were never able to even implement one day of Route Ops, but we were still charged for every month past our 3 months of onboarding time. It's unfortunate there is little else out there.

The Scheduling is Very Good, You can even Create a Customized Scheduling.

It performs so many functions very well and integrates them within the system seamlessly. The routing and scheduling has created substantial efficiencies in our routes.

The software is very flawed and anytime you submit a ticket you never get a response. I've been fighting with them for 3 months about a refund which now they are declining.

Customer service is awesome. Even when You have forgotten how to do something they always treat you with respect and explain everything as if you were first learning.

What I like most about Pestpac is the ability to set it up according to particular business needs.

Everything seemed like it would be great when talking to people before signing up. Once we signed up, we were basically on our own.

It's been a headache but because we spent so much time and money implementing this program we are stuck with it for a long time.

I like the ability to track job times, the app, the invoicing, bulk email notification to clients, the dispatch board, job costing reports, the integrated estimating - scheduling - invoicing platform.

It was great the first 1 1/2 years, then the customer service issues hit and made us less excited about the software. The pricing change was the last straw for me.

There is a version 3 in the works for a couple of years now (always beta, not complete), but it seems less intuitive and worse laid out than version 2.

I liked that it had a map to measure properties.

The custom invoice templates are great and the fact that it syncs with Quick Books has reduced the time we spend billing customers.

Full set of features, complex customizations, good form builder; complex scheduling; great customer service.

Templates are very confusing how to use them and we finally gave up and switched to LawnPro.

Now we feel like we are stuck because we have invested so much into the program and modified the way we bill our services to work around the SA problems.

There are plenty of training videos but no one to explain them or show us how to put them to use. It was confusing and difficult to even get our logo on an email.

The integrated mapping service makes it a breeze to modify existing routes. Scheduling changes are accomplished with just a few clicks.

It offers scheduling right in the software. It is easy to use and great for keeping track of clientS.

I found and switched to SA and couldn't be happier. The customer service is great and the functionality is awesome.

After a spring a fall cleanup i notify my clients by text or email that its been completed, they love it.

Oh, and they are upping their prices again in 2 months. I can't even justify the thousands I pay them already per year.

And we love it's ability to sync with QuickBooks, which has worked very well.

One report - Job Costing - has potential to make price increase easier to evaluate for under-performing accounts. Time saved entering leads.

Reports are useless, nothing is really autopilot.

The vision for the software includes the ability to do many powerful things. Automations is a great way to reduce the burden on office staff.

One of the founders has experience building a multi-million dollar service business so think about it, do you think he might know a thing or two about whats needed to build a business like yours.

The integration to Quickbooks on line always has issues balance between programs are always wrong.

Estimates in service autopilot are very user friendly.

It's easy to accept payments and bill out of the program.

It is not cheap, but you get solid value for the money.

I don't like being told to watch a video to learn how to do something. I'm getting very discouraged and am thinking about moving to another software.

We are thrilled and love the software and its functionality. Most people don't understand the full capability of the software compared to the cost.

Great company to work with, amazing customer service, and they are always working on devoloping new fetures with new techonlogy.
