Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, easyto install. It gives a full view of the sales cycle

  • Its very intuitive and easy for field reps to use with little explaining.

  • Cons

  • The only thing that sometimes knits my brows is some tiny bugs, that appear after some updates. But the good thing is they work on them really fast and fix asap.

  • Although I don't have any cons. I hope in the future we are able to upload small videos. But even without it, this app is 5 star!

  • Pros

  • The best and most needed feature is the customization. We where able to make it exactly what we needed. this allows the input process to flow seamlessly

  • Easily manageable to all employees, office and techs in field.

  • Cons

  • The only con was that it did not tie into our existing software program as we do not use QB but other then that it was aces. And we did find a work around so even that was not a huge problem.

  • Software is not the problem it is trying to get help
