SAMPro Enterprise by data-basics is a field service and construction management solution that offers modules such as Service Dispatching, Mobile Workforce, CRM, Analytics, Quoting, PO, Inventory and Requisitioning, Preventative Maintenance Processing and more. The solution utilizes a proprietary rules-based management feature “Call Escalation Manager” that allows users to implement rules and automate routine activities to manage the workflow of a service company. It alerts the employees to potential problems in their early stages and allows businesses to apply their core rules.

SAMPro has a feature called TechAnywhere, which gives techs in-the-field access to current information and work orders via Android devices. Techs can change the status of work orders, add labor, material and inventory and capture signatures as they are completing tasks. Other TechAnywhere features include credit card processing, time stamping, GPS integration, document management integration, real-time equipment and metric lookups, quoting and refrigerant tracking. Support is offered via phone and email.

This software offers a wide range of service management solutions!

Pros

The scheduling and management features are excellent for any business and it is very simple and easy to lean how to use.

Cons

I have not encountered any issues with this software as of yet and I have not heard of any complaints from our team members who are using it. Overall I think SAMPro is great!

Great accounting and service management solution.

Pros

The alert feature sends notice to the needed employee to assess the problems on the early stages and allows automation of routines to efficiently manage the workflow.

Cons

The TechAnywhere feature that gives in the field access to current info and orders is only through Android phones so those with iPhones don't get the feature.
