Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Absolutely wonderful for repeat maintenance jobs and one time jobs. We never miss any billing because the employees only go to places on their mobile schedules.

  • Quick customer service. Easy to use. Integrates with QB.

  • Cons

  • It can become expensive as mobile users are added. It can be difficult to learn because it is complex. Once you understand the system, it is not difficult to use.

  • A bit of a learning curve but I would expect that with any new software, all positive from us!

  • Pros

  • Best scheduling and dispatching out there. Easy to customize Support has been amazing Great user interface

  • This product is easy to use for both the office and the field technicians. The fact that it auto sync with our accounting software makes it a must have in my book.

  • Cons

  • Would like to see more customizable reporting, but what is provided out of the box is sufficient

  • The price is the only thing that could use some adjustment. I feel the price is a little too high but besides that all is good
