Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I loved its ease of use and how easy it was to teach my workers how to use it. It also has tons of extras that really come in handy when it comes to managing all aspects of business

  • Absolutely wonderful for repeat maintenance jobs and one time jobs. We never miss any billing because the employees only go to places on their mobile schedules.

  • Cons

  • It can become expensive as mobile users are added. It can be difficult to learn because it is complex. Once you understand the system, it is not difficult to use.

  • Not really anything I can point out. It has the occasional glitch, but what powerful app/software doesn't.

  • Pros

  • So far it has been very easy to learn and use, especially for employees in the field. They have almost enjoyed learning to use it.

  • Very easy to teach new employees how to use it.

  • Cons

  • The only con was that it did not tie into our existing software program as we do not use QB but other then that it was aces. And we did find a work around so even that was not a huge problem.

  • Software is not the problem it is trying to get help
