Pros
- A cloud software solution tailor made for the landscaping industry. Leading edge technology with a constantly improving platform.
- I like the ability to track job times, the app, the invoicing, bulk email notification to clients, the dispatch board, job costing reports, the integrated estimating - scheduling - invoicing platform.
Cons
- There is a version 3 in the works for a couple of years now (always beta, not complete), but it seems less intuitive and worse laid out than version 2.
- Templates are very confusing how to use them and we finally gave up and switched to LawnPro.
Pros
- I love that Zenmaid is continuing to improve and add more reports. I like to analyze data company data in excel, and some of these reports make it much easier for me to analyze.
- I like how easy it was to learn and how easy it is to adjust our schedule. I love that they add new features often that help me run my business better.
Cons
- The app does not work well, we use the web version mostly.
- This drives me nuts because as we are using we think of new things to add but cannot put the new fields next to others of similar vein so the information is a bit disjointed in appearance.
